Job DescriptionThis full-time opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.
Day to day, you will undertake:
Early intervention and psychological worksite assessments.Medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison and case management servicesRehabilitation, motivational and vocational counsellingVocational assessmentsQualificationsFull or provisionalregistration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) OR Full/associate membership with ASORC/RCAAExperience in Occupational Rehabilitation (Highly desired but not essential)Excellent communication and time management skillsA go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-doneAbility to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check, and Police ClearanceCurrent driver's license and vehicleWillingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible waysThe ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journeyA commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customersAdditional InformationWhat we offer you: Truly flexible work arrangements (WFH, part-time, supportive of family commitments)Extensive employee benefits package including salary packaging, novated leasing, leave purchasing scheme, paid parental leave, Employee Assistance Program and much more!Looking for a change in lifestyle?
