Job DescriptionThis full-time opportunity will see you delivering holistic, client-centered services within workplace rehabilitation. Using your clinical knowledge and allied health background, you will be an integral part of assisting injured workers to recover at work and achieve independence at home, in the workplace, and the community, improving their wellbeing and purpose in life.
Day to day, you will undertake:
Early intervention and psychological worksite assessments.Medical case conferences and stakeholder liaison and case management services.Rehabilitation, motivational and vocational counselling.Vocational assessments.QualificationsFull or provisional registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).Experience in Occupational Rehabilitation.Excellent communication and time management skills.A go-getter attitude, taking pride in a job well-done.Ability to produce a satisfactory Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.Current driver's license and vehicle.Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives in tangible ways.The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers.Additional InformationWhat we offer you: Truly flexible work arrangements (WFH, part-time, supportive of family commitments).Extensive employee benefits package including salary packaging, novated leasing, leave purchasing scheme, paid parental leave, Employee Assistance Program and much more!Looking for a change in lifestyle?
