Typical responsibilities include:
Completing assessment (vocational capability, workplace, ergonomic etc)Liaising between employers, employees, insurance companies and other health professionalsMaking referrals to other health professionals as neededCase management (goal setting, setting return to work plans, following up on progress)If you are a new grad or an experienced clinician new to this field, full training can be provided as long as you have a genuine interest in workplace injury rehabilitation and are wanting a career in this field. If you're an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant, you can expect the great opportunities available when working with a market leader.
There are some attractive benefits available in Darwin. Salaries range from $75,000- $95,000 based on experience + super + bonus.
