We're moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.About the opportunityThe Workplace Rehabilitation Provider is responsible for assessing the rehabilitation needs of injured employees immediately following an injury and facilitating earliest possible return to work. They will be required to develop, implement, and monitor rehabilitation and return to work plans, liaise with medical/treating practitioners, service providers, workplace managers and claims officers.What you'll deliver with usYou will make a difference to our employees' lives and help support them in their journey to return to work.You'll alsoAssess an injured employee's capability to undertake a rehabilitation program, including conducting initial rehabilitation assessments and work site assessmentsDesign, develop and manage return to work programs tailored to an individual's rehabilitation needsAssist with preventative injury management strategies for individual employees and the workplace, such as ergonomic or safe work practicesMaintain detailed and accurate file recordsConduct training sessions on occupational rehabilitation, policy and proceduresAbout youYou will be an Allied Health professional who has a passion for helping others.
