Responsibilities Conducting initial assessments to determine the rehabilitation needs of clients Developing and implementing personalized rehabilitation plans to help clients achieve their goals Coordinating and liaising with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout their rehabilitation journey Completing detailed reports on clients' progress and outcomes Benefits: Salary between $70,000 - $100,000 + Super based on experience Quarterly bonus incentive schemes Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Flexible working arrangements Opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and healthcare professionals Access to the latest technology and equipment Generous leave entitlements, including annual leave and personal leave Employee assistance program for personal and professional support Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy At least 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation consulting role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures relating to rehabilitation services Current driver's license and access to a vehicle Full AHPRA registration or ESSA #J-18808-Ljbffr
