Full-time and part-time positions available Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Nurses invited to apply What you will be doing: Manage a diverse case load, including pre-claim support, WA Workers Compensation & Motor-Vehicle Insurance claims Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers, developing tailored rehabilitation programs Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations Engage in specific services: Workplace Job Analysis, Assessments, ADL, Vocational & Psychological Assessments, and Project work Collaborate in a supportive multidisciplinary team Why This Role: Salary above market, ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus Autonomous work - manage your own diary Emphasis on quality over quantity of billable hours 3-month tailored induction to suit your experiences Flexibility in your work - WFH or at your preferred location Family-friendly environment Investment in ongoing professional development and engaged supervision Diverse work opportunities Travel allowance and other incentives Social team with regular events Moving to a brand new modern office What You Need: Qualifications and accreditations – Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Exercise Physiologist (ESSA), Psychologist (AHPRA), Occupational Therapist (AHPRA), Physiotherapist (AHPRA), and/or Nurse (AHPRA) Minimum 1 year of workplace rehabilitation experience Demonstrated understanding of working within a multi-disciplinary team and managing stakeholders Evidence of proactive Injury Management experience Interested in this position?
