Engage closely with local businesses and employees to deliver customized, impactful solutions that address the distinct challenges faced by regional communities.
What you will be doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services .
Support clients in restoring functional performance to achieve successful outcomes and a smooth return to work.
Conduct worksite and functional assessments .
Identify barriers to Return to Work (RTW) .
Assist clients in returning to work or securing new employment , including providing job coaching and implementing workplace modifications.
Develop tailored rehabilitation programs that facilitate the reintegration of injured employees into the workplace.
Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders , offering viable solutions and recommendations for clients.
Why this role: Competitive salary : Above market rates, ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 + Super (based on experience).
Incentive bonuses : Earn up to an additional $20,000 per year.
