Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Psychologists are encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing: Providing high-quality rehabilitation services to clients across a range of sectors, including workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, and public liability claims Conducting assessments such as functional, ergonomic, and home assessments to identify barriers to recovery and develop return-to-work plans Case management, including developing and monitoring rehabilitation plans, liaising with key stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records Building relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for all parties Participating in business development activities, including networking and identifying new business opportunities Contributing to the continuous improvement of rehabilitation services through research, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives Why this role: Salary of $75,000 - $110,000 + Super Laptop and smartphone provided Performance-based bonuses for meeting KPIs Extremely achievable KPI target of 5 billable hours per day Opportunities for professional development and career progression, including support for post-graduate studies A supportive and dynamic team environment, with the opportunity to work alongside other experienced rehabilitation professionals Flexible working arrangements, including the ability to work from home or remotely as required A focus on work-life balance, with a range of wellness programs and initiatives Access to cutting-edge technology and resources to support your work What you will need: Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy Full AHPRA registration or ESSA Unrestricted Australian Working Rights Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle Interested in this position?
