Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Rehabilitation Counsellors, Exercise Physiologists, Psychologists, and Nurses invited to apply.
What You Will Be Doing:

Manage a diverse case load, including pre-claim support, WA Workers Compensation & Motor-Vehicle Insurance claims.
Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers, developing tailored rehabilitation programs.
Liaise and coordinate with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations.
Engage in specific services: Workplace Job Analysis, Assessments, ADL, Vocational & Psychological Assessments, and Project work.
Collaborate in a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Salary above market, ranging from $80,000 - $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) + Bonus.

What You Need:
Qualifications and accreditations - Rehabilitation Counsellor (ASORC), Exercise Physiologist (ESSA), Psychologist (AHPRA), Occupational Therapist (AHPRA), Physiotherapist (AHPRA), and/or Nurse (AHPRA).
Minimum 1 year of workplace rehabilitation experience.
Demonstrated understanding of working within a multi-disciplinary team and managing stakeholders.
Evidence of proactive Injury Management experience.
