You will influence and guide your clients to achieve the results that they've identified through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.In this role, you'll be:Completing functional capacity evaluationsConducting worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goalsCollaborating with other health practitioners through case conferencingOrganising rehabilitation activities for your client including Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.Reviewing and analysing medical reports such as MRIs, X-Rays, etc.What we are looking for:Professional Registration with ESSAStrong client focus and the ability to build relationships with a range of peopleA current, or ability to hold a Working with Children CheckWhat's in it for you?You will have the flexibility and autonomy to set your own schedule and have control over your own diary.
