The role
Working full-time or part-time as an Exercise Physiologist – Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be using your clinical expertise and skills to support and own your client's journey as they return to work and return to life after physical or psychological injury.
You will influence and guide your clients to achieve the results that they've identified through a whole-of-person approach to rehabilitation.
In this role, you'll be:
Completing functional capacity evaluationsConducting worksite assessments to understand what duties your client can complete to help them achieve their short-term and long-term return-to-work goalsCollaborating with other health practitioners through case conferencingOrganising rehabilitation activities for your client including Pilates, Hydrotherapy, etc.Reviewing and analysing medical reports such as MRIs, X-Rays, etc.What we are looking for: Professional Registration with ESSAStrong client focus and the ability to build relationships with a range of peopleA current, or ability to hold a Working with Children CheckWhat's in it for you?
You will have the flexibility and autonomy to set your own schedule and have control over your own diary.
Your focus is on achieving effective outcomes for your clients which can be achieved through teleconference, employer visits, worksite meetings, client visits or over the phone.
