As a Rehabilitation Consultant, they will use their specialised knowledge to assess client needs, create customised rehabilitation plans, and provide expert guidance to clients and their families. This position allows Exercise Physiologists to diversify their professional skills while making a significant contribution to the recovery and quality of life of their patients.What you will be doing:Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation servicesProviding support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.Conducting assessments of worksites and functionalitiesIdentifying Return to Work (RTW) barriersDeveloping tailored rehabilitation programs that support injured employees in reintegrating into the workplaceLiaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clientsWhy this role:Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $120,000 + Super (experience dependent) with fantastic bonus incentives.Individualised career progression tailored to suit your strengths, skills and interestsTravel Allowance of up to $7,000Need more holidays?
