In these roles you will coordinate various stakeholders, services and activities involved in rehabilitation. You will establish innovative and creative short and long-term solutions to support rehabilitation and return to work processes, developing individualised and durable return to work agreements for employees. You will also identify barriers to the return to work process and facilitate workplace specific solutions to support and promote suitable work accommodations for ill/injured employees.Role responsibilitiesAs an AE5 Rehabilitation Support Services Officer in ASIO, you will:Provide high-quality, efficient and accurate administrative support and services to stakeholders on a range of HR and WHS related functions.Communicate effectively, developing and maintaining productive working relationships both internally and externally.Undertake objective, systematic analysis and draw accurate conclusions. Proactively identify problems and work to resolve them.Support the Rehabilitation Support Services team and the wider WHS area with various tasks as required.Build and sustain positive relationships with team members, stakeholders and clients.
