Led by top-performing management in the industry, Prudence Rehab is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our growing Mid North Coast, New South Wales team, delivering exceptional Occupational Rehabilitation services to our preferred provider network of employers and insurers within the Port Macquarie and Coffs Harbour regions. We are a value-driven organisation and are looking for someone who embodies these values to join our team.
Your duties will include, but will not be limited to:
Comprehensive case management and stakeholder engagement Attend case conferences and client meetings Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments as needed Deliver single services, pre-employment assessment, and wellness programs as applicable Work collaboratively with colleagues on joint files Opportunities to engage in larger projects such as the development of job dictionaries and injury prevention programs About you
