We offer a variety of flexible work arrangement options (e.g. flexible hours and working from home) where appropriate, giving you even greater quality of work life balance.Permanent employees benefit from our great value gym membership from $16.60/week giving access to a vast network of gyms in Sydney.About the roleWe are seeking a temporary full-time Regulatory Support Officer up till January 2026.As Regulatory Support Officer, you will report to the Team Leader Regulatory Support and are expected to:Support the Manager to achieve the Strategic Community & Operation Plan deliverables.Undertake regulatory support work for the Environmental Health & Building Regulation and Building Certification or the Parking and Rangers service units to enable the efficient running of the service units.Undertake all work in a manner that is consistent with legislation and in the public interest.In undertaking the above functions, the position holder is to ensure the 'Key Duties, Accountabilities & Responsibilities' detailed below are undertaken and achieved.Please read the Position Description to familiarise yourself with all the requirements and conditions of the role.Remuneration$65,538.20 to $77,990.64 + 11.5% Superannuation + Other Entitlements.Some of the required skills, experience and qualificationsHigh level computer literacy and knowledge – All Microsoft Software, including but not limited to Microsoft Word (all word processing functions), Excel Spreadsheets, with the ability to update custom registers, databases, and Corporate Systems.A demonstrated ability to draft letters, reports, promotional materials, and other documents that are logical, concise, grammatically correct, and in plain English.
