An exciting opportunity has become available for a Regulatory Support Officer who will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of timely, confidential, effective, and efficient high-quality administrative support, correspondence, and records management services that supports the regulatory division of DEM.

Key Selection Criteria: High level capability in implementing administrative, business support, records, and data management protocols, practices, and procedures.Proven ability to provide professional administrative support for a range of functions, including working with computer-based word processing and database systems, preparing correspondence and reports, and undertaking records management functions.Ability to work with flexibility, under supervision, collaboratively in a team environment, and to plan and prioritise workloads to achieve deadlines and effectively meet changing requirements and situations.Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and an ability to consult, liaise, and deliver a high level of customer service to a broad range of clients whilst maintaining confidentiality.Qualifications:
Desirable: Legal Secretary or Paralegal experience
Remuneration:
ASO3 $67,589 - $72,033 + superannuation
Full Time 37.5 hours per week
