The City of Karratha is seeking a dynamic Regulatory Services Project Officer to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to develop and deliver regulatory services programs and campaigns, promoting understanding and compliance with local standards.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage project plans for regulatory services, outlining scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget.Engage with community stakeholders to educate and promote compliance with regulatory standards.Conduct risk assessments and track project progress to ensure successful outcomes.Prepare project reports and documentation for Council, manage stakeholder agreements, and seek funding opportunities through grant applications.Support the Regulatory Services team in implementing best practices and new initiatives.Key Selection Criteria: Relevant tertiary qualification.Proven experience in project planning and management.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and community engagement (desirable).Advanced skills in communication, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.Why Join Us?
