We are in a period of transitioning licences and authorisations to the Licence NSW platform and changing the way we are working.
This role requires someone with proven experience in data remediation work and has a thorough understanding of GLS and Licence NSW data fields.
You will have the ability to collaborate with colleagues across Fair Trading Operations and Government Technology Platform to ensure effective delivery of functionality aligned with business needs to meet end to end customer outcomes.
About you: We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate to be part of a high functioning, dynamic team supporting business readiness for the delivery of Licence NSW.
As a Regulatory Operations Officer, you will be responsible for leading the proactive analysis of Licensing data, data preparation activities, providing recommendations based on business knowledge and key data remediation tasks.
This role is responsible for: Facilitating appropriate business outcomes by applying relevant knowledge, legislation, policies, and procedures Responding to complex enquiries regarding business data Providing advice and recommendations on data quality and applying remediation at the source.
Responding flexibly to ensure the achievement of multiple pieces of work with tight deadlines, balancing competing demands and priorities Developing and maintaining specialised knowledge, techniques, and skills to deliver a high-quality service Reviewing and analysing complex matters, report new or emerging risks or trends, and contribute to changes and strategies to achieve business outcomes To be successful in this role, you will: Knowledge of Fair Trading Licence schemes, and Licensing business functions Experience and knowledge with Licence NSW and GLS products Possess outstanding organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise accordingly to meet strict deadlines Thrive in a busy work environment while also supporting colleagues to achieve their outputs, and pride yourself on attention to detail Be able to quickly acquire and apply technical and specialist knowledge to meet project outcomesStrong engagement capabilities and the ability to quickly build positive working relationships across a range of stakeholders Self motivation, initiative and experience driving projects to completion Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to influence and negotiate productive discussions to achieve effective solutions Salary Grade 5/6, with the base salary for this role starting at $97027 base plus superannuationClick Here to access the Role Description.
