We are doing this by connecting and digitising our systems and platforms across state and local government as well as streamlining our corporate and procurement services.About the roleThe Regulatory Transaction Services (RTS) provides business and occupational licensing and not-for-profit registration services to Victorians.Reporting to the Team Leader, Regulatory Transaction Services (RTS) Regulatory Officers are responsible for the timely and accurate execution of tasks in line with legislation and operational policies associated with CAV's licensing and registration schemes. These roles also provide information to clients both verbally and in writing and accurately and promptly maintain CAV's record management databases and resources.There are 2 ongoing positions available.
