About the role:
You will be a member of a team responsible for onboarding and capability development of Regulatory Decision-makers, and the regulatory capability uplift for EPA staff.
You will support the Regulatory Learning and Development team to design, develop, and deliver Regulatory Learning and Development programs, aligned to EPA's strategic priorities to prevent harm to Victorian communities and the environment from pollution and waste.
This is an exciting role for an experienced Regulatory Learning and Development Administration Support Officer professional that wants to contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria.
You will actively contribute to a positive organisational culture and ensure you achieve the highest standards of performance and integrity; and foster genuine partnerships across all levels of government, industry, and community to support the delivery organisational outcomes.
In this role you will:
Co-ordinate, schedule and support Regulatory Learning and Development program delivery.
Administer the Learning Management System in relation to Regulatory Learning and Development offerings, including provision of administrative support to learners and maintenance of accurate and accessible training records Assist with tracking and reporting on training data, providing Learning Management System reports to relevant parties as required Manage, maintain, and update SharePoint & internal Knowledge Management Systems for the team Use your initiative to prioritise tasks and monitor your workflow in the delivery of organisational priorities in accordance with approved project plans, achieving the highest standards of performance, accountability, collaboration, ethics, and integrity.
Skills and experience:
Experience in Learning and Development administration, preferably within Government.
Ability to liaise and communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Administration skills and demonstrated capability to plan, monitor and deliver services and support, consistent with organisational priorities, including risk identification and management, budget development and management; optimise the allocation and use of resources; and evaluate project / program effectiveness.
Work strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working independently to progress workloads and priorities.
