Flexible working locations of Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or NewcastleMaintain appropriate oversight of Learning governance requirementsThe role of the Regulatory Compliance Lead is pivotal in ensuring Suncorp's adherence to regulatory compliance requirements across various domains, including training, recruitment, performance management, and safety. This includes developing and delivering compliance training programs to meet customer and legislative mandates, such as RG146, RG206, and Responsible Manager training. Acting as the subject-matter expert, the role collaborates with policy owners to support ongoing compliance through effective governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
