What you'll do: Manage and assess incidents and complaints, ensuring timely reporting and accurate guidance through National Quality Agenda IT System (NQAITS).Build relationships with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.Collaborate with centres to complete corrective actions and gather evidence for serious incidents.Work with the Policy and Process team to align incident processes with current regulations.Participate in committees to support WHS initiatives and communicate trends across the network.About you: Experience working within the compliance, auditing or quality assurance space(Desirable not required)Willingness to learn about early childhood regulations regulations (we'll train you!
