About the role:As a Regulatory Affairs Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet all regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the product development, submissions, and compliance activities.

Role & Responsibilities: Evaluate ingredients and manage records to maintain compliance with Australian AICIS regulations.Prepare and maintain essential regulatory documents, including Product Information Files (PIFs) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).Review and approve product labels, formulations, and supporting documents to ensure they meet relevant ANZ regulatory requirements.Gather and validate evidence to support product claims.Identify necessary product changes to meet legal and regulatory requirements.Stay informed of personal care and cosmetic regulations within ANZ and globally, supporting the expansion of Australian brands into overseas markets.Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, Life Sciences).2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs within the personal care, cosmetics, or related industries.In-depth knowledge of ANZ regulatory requirements for personal care and cosmetic products.Experience with product registration, labelling, and compliance documentation.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.The ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.Familiarity with international regulatory requirements for personal care and cosmetics, especially within US and European regions.Benefits & perks:At DBG Health, we offer more than just a job – we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can make a real impact.
