Regular Giving Campaign Assistant (Volunteer)To support our regular giving program by engaging with donors, following up on pledges, and helping to grow sustained contributions.
Reporting to: Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager

Days and hours required per week: 1 day per week minimum (In office training, WFH options)
Duties & ResponsibilitiesDonor Engagement and Communication: Thank donors, provide updates, and address inquiries via phone and email.Develop personalised messages for donor milestones and assist with engagement campaigns.Follow-Up and Donor Support: Follow up on expiring payment methods, missed donations, and donor concerns.Identify opportunities to upgrade donors or promote additional campaigns.Data Management and Reporting: Log donor interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records.Track engagement metrics and assist in generating reports to inform strategy.Campaign Coordination: Support regular giving appeals, including scheduling, donor segmentation, and communication delivery.Prepare and send newsletters, reminders, and impact reports in collaboration with the fundraising team.Research and Donor Insights: Conduct research on donor behaviours and identify potential new regular donors.Administrative Support: Maintain campaign calendars, prepare materials for donor meetings, and support process improvements.Selection CriteriaPrevious experience with fundraising and marketing is highly regarded.Previous experience with any CRM systems, Canva and Adobe Creative cloud tools is highly regarded (but not required).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Google Drive and tools and/or Microsoft Office Suite.Confident telephone/people manner.Strong organisational skills.Experience in working with people from various backgrounds and cultures.Advanced computer skills.Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and volunteers.Flexibility and willingness to take on extra tasks as appropriate.Ability to adhere to policies in relation to code of conduct, boundaries and confidentiality.General ConditionsAll ASC staff and volunteers are required to adhere to ASC's vision, purpose and values.Act at all times in accordance with ASC's Code of Conduct and Child Protection Policies.Comply with Work, Health and Safety systems.Comply with Incident Management Procedures and emergency protocols.Demonstrate a respectful and welcoming behaviour with all people at ASC in culturally appropriate ways.Undertake a NSW Working with Children Check prior to commencement and ensure it is up-to-date.Support a child safe organisation by undertaking screening for suitability to work with children and vulnerable people and to comply with relevant state/territory legislative requirements.Apply For Job
