FULL TIME 4 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities The role is mostly an administrative role, tasks include: Copying files, scanning files Emailing scanned documents to Tribunal Members Simple reception duties (directing clients to the correct hearing room or arranging for another staff member to attend to an in-person enquiry) Straightforward phone enquiries (mostly transferring calls to appropriate officer) Some data entry and document production Seeking someone with: High energy (can be on feet copying/scanning files for 3-4 hours each day) Good attention to detail as legal environment accuracy is critical Experience in high volume environment preferred If you're an experienced Registry Officer seeking a full-time role within a reputable NSW government agency, click the Apply Now button or if you have any questions please email Tamsin Clark at @future-you.com.au.
