Join the business that's changing the way Australians buy and sell cars! About the role: We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join Cars24 in Australia as Registration Clerk.
In this role, you will be responsible for: Assisting with the registration process of vehicles.
Ensuring compliance with state regulations and timely processing of paperwork.
Acquisitions of vehicles bought.
Liaising with Service NSW for over-the-counter transactions and maintaining a positive relationship on behalf of Cars24.
Data entry and ensuring our systems are up to date and correct.
Providing support to the sales team and other stakeholders as needed.
Minimum Requirements: Customer-first mindset.
3-5 years experience in a similar position is preferred.
Knowledge of state motor vehicle registration regulations is preferred.
Experience in computer systems.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Positive and enthusiastic team player - Teamwork makes the dream work.
Excellent communication skills to enable you to get the job done.
Experience in administrative tasks and working with paperwork.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure during busy periods.
