This is a Recruitment Pool for:

Fixed Term Full Time appointment for 12 months
Fixed Term Part Time appointment (0.5-0.6FTE) for 6 months

Both commencing February 2025, with the possibility of extension(s). Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 30/05/2025.
Position Profile: Medical Administration Trainee Registrar serves a unique position within Royal Perth Hospital and provides valuable insight into both the framework and workings of a metropolitan teaching hospital. This position works with the RPBG Director of Clinical Services, and RPBG Deputy Directors of Clinical Services, to deliver professional leadership, support, and direction in relation to strategic and operational projects as required, with a specific focus on medical administration responsibilities. This role would continue in or progress towards a supervised training program in medical administration as a Trainee with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators (RACMA).
Area Profile: Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) is Perth's inner city, tertiary adult hospital and part of the Royal Perth Bentley Group. Home to the State Major Adult Trauma Service, RPH offers tertiary-level emergency medicine, mental health, complex and elective surgical care, and specialist medical services. It is also a premier teaching hospital and contributes to innovation and excellence in medical research and patient care.
