THE POSITION
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registrar in Palliative Care to provide essential care to patients in both inpatient and community settings.
This role involves daily collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, ensuring comprehensive and empathetic support to patients across hospital, aged care, and community facilities.

Accredited by the GP colleges and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP), this role offers advanced training opportunities in rural and palliative care through highly regarded programs.
POSITION DETAILS

Duration: Fixed-term full-time position, day worker, starting from 3 February 2025 to 1 February 2026.
Hours: Up to 76 hours per fortnight with 10 hours of paid, protected training time.
Flexibility: Opportunities for full-time, part-time, or casual appointments.
Salary: $131,000 - $183,500 per annum, pro rata, with 11% superannuation, salary packaging options, and relocation assistance.
Salary Classification: Medical Practitioner Level 5 - 11, in accordance with the Medical Practitioners Agreement 2022.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates will be required to meet the following criteria:

Current registration with the Medical Board of Australia (general or limited).
Enrollment in the relevant specialty training program.
