Further develop your clinical expertise by working alongside many supportive Senior Obstetrics & Gynaecology Staff Specialists as an O&G Registrar. The role rotates through day and night shifts.
Responsibilities and duties include: • Provide inpatient and outpatient care to patients across antenatal, postnatal, gynaecology services including labour ward and reproductive health services • Provide perioperative care, operative services and post-operative follow up for specialist gynaecological patients • Supervise, support and evaluate the work of junior staff in the provision of inpatient care and medical student education • Participate in continuous medical education, professional development, peer review, research, teaching, quality improvement activities It is suitable for a doctor who has SIMG training requirements and requires a period of consultant supervision to obtain further qualifications in Australia.

The hospital is a 360 bed facility offering services and care across a large range of specialities.
Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, General Medicine, Rehabilitation, Oncology, Respiratory Medicine, HITH, Palliative Care, Renal, Endocrinology, Haematology, Neurology, Anaesthetics, ENT, Urology, General Surgery, O&G, Paediatrics & other allied health services.

Eligibility: General, Provisional or limited registration with AHPRA or eligible to obtain IMG's that have completed at least the AMC MCQ (part 1) or completed both AMC 1 & 2 (clinical exam) IMG's eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (training in the UK, USA, NZ, Canada or Ireland) IMG's assessed by RANZCOG College as partially or substantially comparable (doctors currently interviewing with RANZCOG may express their interest) Have experience working as an O&G Registrar / Medical Officer To Apply / Register Interest:
