Come and Join our team as a Registrant Services Officer! Imagine this: You're the first point of contact for someone newly diagnosed with diabetes. You're the reason they can get what they need fast, helping them access subsidised products and feel connected to a community that truly understands. Sound like something you'd love to do?
At Diabetes Australia, we're on a mission to make a difference in the lives of those living with diabetes, we need YOU to be the heartbeat of that first connection.
Working 4 days per week with our office based in Milton, Brisbane and the flexibility of working from home and office! This fixed term contract ends 30 June 2025. 
What You'll Do: Process new registrations and updates with precision, so no one gets left behind.Work closely with health professionals to make sure all the important details are correct.Ensure our registrants can access the right products and services without a hitch.Keep things running smoothly by entering data quickly and accurately (think speed + accuracy = happy registrants).Juggle multiple tasks across various systems and knock them out of the park!What You Bring: You've got a knack for detail and can type like lightning—accuracy is your middle name.You're a team player who thrives both solo and in a collaborative environment.You've got a passion for helping others and maybe even a personal connection to diabetes or health services.Communication is your superpower. You're clear, kind, and always on point, whether chatting with a doctor or a colleague.You love improving processes and always look for ways to make things better.What's In It For You?
