As a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we pride ourselves on delivering industry-relevant courses and supporting our students in achieving their professional goals.Key Responsibilities: As an RTO Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our training programs. Your key tasks will include:Utilising our Training Management Software, aXcelerate, to create and manage various training programs and student records. (Previous experience with aXcelerate would be beneficial)Completing student enrolments, including pre-training reviews, LLN (Language, Literacy, and Numeracy) tests, and prerequisite verification.Managing student assessments and recording results accurately.Engaging and liaising with funding providers across Australia to secure financial support for training programs and student enrolments, ensuring alignment with funding requirements and compliance standards.Providing assistance in RTO Quality Assurance administration.Sending out timely notifications to students and trainers regarding upcoming training dates.Preparing comprehensive training plans to facilitate effective learning outcomes.Conducting student and business surveys to gather feedback on Urban Forest Training's services.Managing individual learning plans for students to ensure personalised support.Booking third-party training and coordinating resources as required.Handling training room and equipment bookings to facilitate smooth training sessions.Assisting in resource coordination and maintaining organised filing systems.Qualifications and Skills:Previous experience in RTO administration or similar roles within the education sector.Previous experience working with funding providers preferred.Proficiency in using Training Management Software, preferably aXcelerate or similar platforms.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong organisational and time management skills.Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of quality assurance processes within an RTO context is desirable.How to Apply: If you are passionate about education and possess the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
