They have an excellent reputation built on delivering dynamic, clinical interventions to their clients around the Morley catchment area whilst bringing 'care' back into the healthcare sector.
They have 27 GPs and a dynamic multi-disciplinary Clinical & Allied Health Team offering their clients the best care in the area.
Our client is deeply committed to supporting the mental health of their patients and are now offering the services of an experienced psychologist who can deliver evidence-based intervention and support to the individuals who have been referred through by the GPs in the practice.
Key Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic evidence-based interventions to primarily Adults and Seniors with various mental health concerns.Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and other allied health professionals to develop tailored care plans.Ability to conduct psychological assessments across a broad range of presentations.Offer support to patients and families dealing with complex issues such as trauma, emotional dysregulation, and family dynamics along with ADHD, PTSD, ASD, Challenging Behaviours, AOD related presentations.Contribute to the ongoing development of mental health services at the clinic, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained.Continue to build relationships with the existing GPs in the practice so that referrals continue to grow in order to service existing patients for all their mental health needs in one place, where they feel safe and comfortable.Updating patient records in a timely manner.Reporting and updating care plan.What you can expect in return: $65ph - $70ph + super.Permanent part time which could be 2-3 fixed days a week.You get to choose the days that suit your lifestyle and commitments.Opportunity to expand the psychology services in the practice.Work for a very well-established GP Clinic with a fantastic team and culture.Really friendly, team orientated environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
