Our client, a growing private practice in Officer South, VIC, is seeking experienced Registered Psychologists to join their dynamic and expanding team. This newly established practice prides itself on values of safety, respect, compassion, and trust, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere for both clients and team members.

The role is primarily face-to-face, with telehealth offered only when needed by the client. Diverse Therapeutic Approaches: Engage in Individual Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, and Meditation within a light-filled, homely practice setting. Specialised Caseload: Work with adult clients only on a range of conditions, including: Depression, Anxiety, Trauma/PTSD Relationship Difficulties, Stress/Burn-out Anger Management and Difficult Emotions Separation/Divorce, Suicidality/Self Harm Chronic Pain, Family Violence, Grief, OCD, Bipolar Disorder Supportive Referrals and Clientele: Strong referral base from private clients, Medicare, TAC, and the option to take on NDIS and Workcover clients if desired. Highly Competitive Contracting Rates: Session fees approximately $230 per session with a negotiable 65/35 split based on experience. Exceptional Admin Support: Full virtual administration support provided, including bookings, phone calls, and rebates. Psychologists handle payments, case notes, and GP letters. Modern and Inviting Practice Environment: Work in a converted house with multiple therapy rooms, complete with comfortable couches, ample natural light, air conditioning, and a welcoming vibe. Professional Growth: Informal supervision and support available, fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment. About You: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Psychologist, with a passion for working independently and compassionately with clients. Friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing high-quality therapeutic care. Start Date: Immediate start available.
