About the role The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality nursing care within scope of practice, involving residents, their families, and the wider community to enable residents to celebrate life at every stage within their home locality.
Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality care to residents, managing and supervising a team of support workers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure person-centred optimal care with holistic outcomes.
Selection criteria AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse3 Yrs + Nursing experienceRural and Remote Nursing experience highly regardedAged Care experience also highly regardedAt the Swansea facility: experience in sub-acute and emergency highly desirable or a commitment to train in this area.Great communication and interpersonal ability with experience working in a multidisciplinary teamThe ability to maintain documentation to a high standardEligibility to work in regional Tasmania.Regional visa opportunity May Shaw will nominate successful candidates on the Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494) pathway for skilled workers in a designated regional area.
