Registered Nurses - Residential Aged CareYaandina Community Services – Roebourne WA

We are currently seeking experienced Nurses who genuinely care about delivering the best outcomes for the residents of our aged care facility in Roebourne. We are looking for people who can work in a team environment and can work on a casual basis across various shifts, including weekend shifts. You will be joining a team where you will feel valued, supported, and appreciated.
The Role
You will provide person-centred care to our residents, applying your clinical skills to enhance their quality of life and address their physical, social, and emotional needs. You will:

Assess, plan, and implement client care within your scope.Consider their physical, social, and psychological requirements.Create and update care plans to reflect the residents' needs.Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.Work collaboratively with other multi-disciplinary team members, along with the residents and their families to achieve positive client outcomes.Provide support and supervision of Support Workers. About You
You are an experienced nurse who has what it takes to make a difference in our residents' lives. Your experience working with clients of diverse, multi-cultural backgrounds and clients with complex needs will contribute to your success in the role. You will have an understanding of person-centred care and support principles, with the ability to transition between business and client needs seamlessly. Your ability to manage priorities and workloads according to residents' needs and to work autonomously will enable you to meet the demands of this role.
You will have:

Current Nurses Registration with AHPRA.Sound understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards.Current National Police History Check.Current NDIS Screening.Minimum 6 months experience in Aged Care.Desirable - evidence of an up-to-date Influenza & COVID Vaccination. The Benefits
