About the Opportunity and You: Registered Nurse We're looking for caring Registered Nurses to join our team in Port Stephens. As a leader in the care team, you'll work closely with Personal Care Assistants and make sure our residents receive the highest standard of care.
Pay: $39.88 to $61.76 per hour + Super, based on your experience and qualifications.
Shifts: Morning: 06:00 - 14:30 Afternoon: 13:30 - 22:00 Night: 21:00 - 07:00 Your Day-to-Day: Lead and mentor your team to ensure high-quality care is provided Deliver personalised nursing care, focusing on each resident's unique needs Administer medications safely and in line with clinical standards Monitor any changes in residents' health and report promptly Participate in quality improvement activities and audits Ensure all documentation is accurate and timely To thrive in this role, you'll need:
Current AHPRA RN registration At least 2 years' experience in nursing, ideally within aged care A genuine love for helping the elderly and a strong understanding of nursing best practices Great communication skills and a warm, empathetic nature A commitment to ongoing learning and development Bonus Points For: Experience in a leadership role within healthcare Knowledge of aged care legislation and care planning Personal Care Assistants We're also looking for friendly and reliable Personal Care Assistants to provide essential support to our residents, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and wellbeing.
