We have multiple Part Time roles and are seeking enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated Registered Nurses with a passion for working with the elderly to join our teams at Hawthorn Village in Blackmans Bay and Snug Village in Snug, Tasmania.

Contributing to resident and client care that is safe and effective and meets their needs goals and preferences to optimise their health, well-being, independence and quality of life.
Undertake initial and ongoing assessment and planning for care in partnership with the resident, with a focus on optimising health and well-being in accordance with the resident's needs, goals and preferences.
Contribute to and lead the facilities approach to the delivery of safe and effective services and support for daily living including, clinical care and personal care in accordance with the resident's needs, goals and preferences to optimise independence, health, well-being and quality of life.
Maintain a solid knowledge and contributing to the AN-ACC model.
Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and the accreditation process; Implementing and maintaining care plans in conjunction with ACFI, then AN-ACC.
Proven ability to work as part of a cohesive team; Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to deal with change; A high level of organisational and prioritisation skills and an ability to multi-task; A commitment to quality continuous improvement; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; A commitment to Continuing Professional Development (CPD): Essential requirements of the position are: Bachelor of Nursing qualification; A current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse; A current First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake and maintain the equivalent throughout employment; An approved NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or a willingness to undertake one; Applications including a covering letter, outlining your skills and experience relative to the position, and a Resume should be forwarded to Amy Bunder, People & Culture Manager via the 'apply now' option on SEEK by 5pm Friday 6th of December 2024.
