Join our Renal team at Cairns Private HospitalPermanent part-time or casual positions– Flexible work life balance!Renal Unit operates 6 days a week 7am to 7.30pm.Join a positive, supportive, and inclusive organisational culture!About the role The Cairns Private Hospital's Renal Dialysis Unit has 8 haemodialysis chair stations currently in operation. We have the option of haemodialysis/hemodiafiltration treatment using Fresenius 5008 and 5008S series machines.
The Renal Unit is open six days a week from 7am to 8pm, with morning and afternoon appointments available. We offer the flexible working hours to support staffs who need to support family. We have a small but supportive team. We offer an easy point of access for renal treatment in a low traffic area, enabling patients to enjoy a calm, friendly environment with the benefit of a personalised treatment approach to ensure best health outcomes are achieved.
Our experienced Nephrologists are supported by a team of highly specialised renal nurses who are passionate about quality of life and tailoring care to suit the needs of the individual, ensuring patients get the most out of each treatment session.
This role will suit someone who has the ability to plan, prioritise and coordinate patient care, along with the ability to manage rapidly changing situations that affect patient care and workload.
Your Skills and Experience Relevant registration with AHPRAminimum 1 years' experience in a Renal dialysis wardEffective interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment.A commitment to delivering and achieving excellent customer satisfaction and quality clinical outcomes.Remuneration $40.47 - $52.19 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (QLD RN/Midwife gr2-gr8)
