We have a new, world-class residential care home on the beach in Cottesloe and a leading dementia-specific cottage-style home in Mosman Park. We are a small operator with big ideas. We are looking to expand our RN team. You will ideally be available across morning (7am - 2:45pm), afternoon (2:30pm - 10:15pm), and night shifts (10pm - 7:15am). However, other hours and shifts are available for the right candidates. You will work closely with our care management, clinical, and care teams to provide clinical care on a shift-by-shift basis. This will include: The management of residents who are acutely unwell or require nursing interventions. Supporting the care team to ensure that care is safe and meets the needs of each resident. Liaison with families and various health practitioners. The documentation of care needs and interventions. You have the option of being rostered dedicated time to assist with resident assessment and audits if this is of interest to you.
You will be supported by a dedicated onsite service and clinical management team. You will have a 24-hour on-call manager who is available to assist after hours. Employment will include regular education, mentoring, and CPD opportunities. New or recently graduated registered nurses are encouraged to join our organization and be supported to develop skills, knowledge, and confidence. We are also open to supporting staff through visa sponsorship. You Will Need
An interest in making a difference to others A desire to work with older people An interest in working with, and contributing to, a positive team environment A cooperative and collaborative work style Registration with AHPRA as a Division 1 Registered Nurse Well-developed communication skills (written and verbal) National police clearance
