Join us as a Registered Nurse and shape your future and ours.A leader at Port Pirie Residential Care Homes, as a Registered Nurse you will deliver direct and comprehensive care to our residents, while supporting Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers on shift.You'll also make an impact by: Using evidence-based approaches to deliver quality care to residents Ensuring assigned resident care is performed in line with care standards and Helping Hand policies and procedures Conducting assessments, reviews, coordinate care plans and medical/clinical interventions Liaising with family members, doctors, care workers and allied health professionals to support the wellbeing of the residents What you'll bring A Bachelor of Nursing qualification A current AHPRA registration The ability to operate smartphones and apps (such as Microsoft Outlook) Minimum of 6-12 months of work experience (experience in aged care is highly regarded) Valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or be willing to obtain one.
