We are seeking applications from Registered Nurses with experience in Critical Care (ICU/HDU/CCU).
Currently we have vacancies across our Victoria locations that include:
Holmesglen Private Hospital, Moorabbin VIC 3189La Trobe Private Hospital, Bundoora VIC 3083Northpark Private Hospital, Bundoora VIC 3083We are seeking to recruit experienced Registered Nurses to join our Critical Care departments in various roles, in a full-time, part-time, or casual capacity. A fantastic opportunity in the private healthcare community for highly motivated candidates with extensive skill sets and sound knowledge of the standards pertaining to Critical Care Nursing.

As a Registered Nurse (Critical Care), your responsibilities will include: Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care.Supervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient care.Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end-of-life needs.Lead successful quality improvement and safety management projects to deliver desired outcomes.Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs.Act as a role model for Safe Practice.Minimum 2 years' Registered Nursing in a Critical Care Environment (including ICU, CCU, and HDU).Bachelor of Science (Nursing) or equivalent.Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA.Post Graduate Certificate or working towards in ICU/CCU (Desirable).Advanced Life Support Certificate (or working towards).Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.Working with Children check.Clinical expertise and commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement.Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high-functioning team.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated, and customer-focused.Why Healthscope? If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - Victoria - Nurses' and Midwives' Agreement" (salaries range between $36.13 and $48.32 per hour).

Staff in patient contact roles will be required to provide proof of immunity to specified infectious diseases as a Category A Healthcare worker.
