Our Registered Nurses: We are currently seeking aged care experienced and qualified Registered Nurses to support our brand new, state of the art aged care residence based in Singleton. We need Registered Nurses who will look after our residents with a high level of attentiveness, kindness, and respect. We are looking for people who will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence. Casual positions are available.

Skills & Requirements for the Role: An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of Signature CareCurrent unrestricted registration with AHPRADemonstrated aged care experience preferredThe ability to work as part of a team and promote education and leadership in aged careUnderstanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvementExperience in assessments and developing care plansAssess, plan and implement client care within your scopeConsider physical, social and psychological requirementsCreate and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residentsAn understanding of Aged Care Quality StandardsAn understanding of Aged Care Funding InstrumentDemonstrated organisational and time management skillsDemonstrated well developed computer and documentation skillsExcellent communication and clinical problem-solving skillsConfidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.Job offers will be subject to a National Police Check and evidence of Covid-19 vaccination status.
