Professionalism: Maintain current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and adhere to high standards of care. Key Responsibilities
Direct Patient Care: Administer medications and interventions. Care Planning: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and monitor care plans. Health Monitoring: Document and respond to changes in residents' health. Family Education: Inform families about health conditions and treatments. Team Support: Provide guidance to care workers. Requirements
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA. Full working rights in Australia and New Zealand. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
