About the role Deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care as a Registered Nurse, to help our residents live meaningful lives with a team that cares. As an RN you'll plan, organise and implement care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver and promote high standards of professional care. An experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our care staff.
We offer a competitive salary based on your previous hours worked ranging from $42.85-$53.74 + 11% super + applicable penalties + salary packaging.
This position is for a permanent part time working 56 hours per fortnight. Relocation packages available Sponsorship opportunities available Skills and experience Current AHPRA Registration Experience in a clinical leadership role Excellent written & verbal communication skills Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situations Flexibility with your working roster Willingness to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current NDIS Worker screening clearance AN-ACC knowledge would be an advantage About Caloola Centre Located only a few minutes from Lake Albert in Wagga Wagga, Caloola Centre provides quality, specialist support to a well-loved community nearby to the shops, clubs, and church.
