We are seeking a dedicated RN trainer and assessor to join our high performing teaching team.
Key Responsibilities: Training and Assessment: Plan, deliver, and coordinate training sessions, ensuring all required resources are available. Conduct assessments using validated instruments, providing feedback to students and maintaining thorough assessment records. Monitor student progress and attendance, ensuring compliance with Charter Australia's policies and procedures. Identify and address individual student needs, making reasonable adjustments to support equitable learning outcomes. Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, free from discrimination and harassment. Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain the currency of skills and knowledge. Contribute to the continuous improvement of training and assessment materials. Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with Charter Australia's policies and procedures, including timely and accurate submission of student records and operational data. Maintain training equipment and facilities in a serviceable and safe condition. Ethical and Professional Conduct: Model ethical and professional behavior, setting a benchmark for students and colleagues. Report non-compliance with legislation or Charter Australia policies to management immediately. Key Performance Indicators: Positive feedback from students, peers, and supervisors. Delivery of training programs in accordance with the Training and Assessment Strategy (TAS). Accurate and thorough student assessment records. Evidence of ongoing professional development. Timely submission of administration documentation. Compliance with Charter Australia policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience: Registered nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Authority (AHPRA).
