About the Role: As a vital part of our disability support firm, you will be responsible for leading a team of support workers, ensuring the highest standards of care are met for our clients.
Your expertise will guide and mentor staff, while also providing hands-on support to individuals, promoting their independence, dignity, and overall quality of life.
Key Requirements: Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse or Certificate IV in Aged Care Minimum of 3 years experience in Aged Care Medication Endorsement essential Current or willing to obtain all required Aged Care and NDIS Checks/Clearances Availability for a minimum of 4 days per week and the flexibility to work after hours and weekends In this role, you will take charge of both operational and client-focused tasks, playing a crucial part in fostering a warm, supportive, and inclusive environment.
You'll use your leadership skills to ensure your team is empowered and clients receive the highest level of care, while also enjoying the fulfilment of seeing your efforts directly impact lives.
