Registered Nurse (Student Midwife) - Proserpine Hospital Mackay Hospital and Health Service – Proserpine QLD
The Midwifery Unit at the Proserpine Hospital is seeking applications for a Registered Nurse (Student Midwife) to join their team on a Temporary Part Time (40 - 48 hours p.f.)
from the date of appointment for up to 18 months.

Your opportunity
The Registered Nurse-Student Midwife provides nursing services within the Women's Health Unit and demonstrates competence in the provision of nursing care as specified by registration requirements, NMBA standards and codes, educational preparation, relevant legislation, and context of care under the guidance of the Registered Midwife.
The RN-Student Midwife works predominantly in the Postnatal/Gynaecological ward whilst completing a Postgraduate Diploma of Midwifery.
