About the Role
Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures Acting as Team leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures To be successful in this role you'll need
A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues Strong coaching/training skills Effective conflict resolution skills with a high level of emotional intelligence Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance What we can offer you
