What you'll be doingThe Registered Nurse will deliver high quality, person-centred care to promote health outcomes.
Working closely with individuals and the multidisciplinary team, they will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions.
Providing evidence informed nursing care.
Collaborating with healthcare teams.
Assessing, planning, and implementing individualised care.
Evaluating and adjusting care plans to meet health goals.
Ensuring person-centred care and positive health outcomes.

Essential Criteria: Registration: Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) (NSW Registered Nurse – Division 1).
Selection Criteria: Recent relevant experience in clinical setting as deemed appropriate by WSLHD.
Effective interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Excellent time management and organisation skills with attention to detail.
Evidence of computer literacy and understanding of relevant health related information systems.
An interest in Sexual Health or HIV nursing would be desirable.
