Are you a Registered Nurse with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care?
National Capital Private Hospital is looking to employ a Registered Nurse Scrub Scout for their Operating Theatre.
Suitable applicants with the right clinical background are encouraged to apply.
As a Registered Nurse your responsibilities will include: Deliver evidence based nursing careLiaise with the multi-disciplinary teamEnsure patient and staff safetySupervise, direct and guide nursing team members; Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient careDeliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needsMinimum Requirements: Current Registration with AHPRAWorking with children's checkPost Graduate Certificate in Perioperative Nursing (or working towards)Commitment to Quality Patient CareCompliance with ACQSHC National standardsSound clinical decision making and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsWorks well independently and within a teamBasic computer skillsWhy Healthscope?

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and ACTNMA/ANMF – ACT Nurses and Midwives' – Enterprise Agreement 2022, a salary ranging from $38.7200 - $52.3203 per hour.
